Mr Beardsworth has extensive global experience in contract and finance matters, restructuring and privatisation, public-private partnerships, project development, investment and credit support techniques and the purchase and sale of assets. Mr Beardsworth's experience encompasses the representation of governments, companies, financial institutions and investors worldwide. He has a significant emerging markets practice advising the World Bank, governments and public and private sector clients on infrastructure and energy transactions.
