Practice Areas: Frank is a partner in Freshfields' London office, qualified in both UK and US law. He has experience across a wide-range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers and joint ventures and divides his time between advising international corporate clients as well as private equity and other financial investors. Frank heads Freshfields' Israel practice and has advised Israeli-based clients such as Israel Corporation, Delek Group, Elbit Systems, Iscar and Zim on a variety of international legal matters.
Career: Frank joined Freshfields in 1999 and became partner in 2003.
