Career: Mr Ephrat joined the firm as a Senior Partner in 2001. A significant part of Zvi's practice, in addition to regularly counseling Israeli public companies, is advising one of Israel’s leading business groups, both as a business advisor and lawyer. He assists them in matters related to shipping, antitrust, technological investments, corporate finance, manufacturing, energy and regulatory matters, amongst others. Zvi is a director of Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot. Previously, he headed the International Law Department of the IDF Advocate-General Unit.
