Practice Areas: Ute's practice focuses on national and international transactional work with particular emphasis on the Anglo-German market. She acts for businesses and entrepreneurs in relation to domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and joint ventures and supports her clients on a day to day basis in relation to a wide range of commercial agreements, especially in the hard commodities sector. She is qualified as a German Rechtsanwaeltin as well as an English solicitor.
