Practice Areas: He specialises in EU and WTO trade laws, with an emphasis on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy laws, safeguard investigations and customs law. He is involved in most major EU anti-dumping, anti-circumvention and anti-subsidy proceedings and represents clients before the EU Commission and the European Courts. He acts for EU exporters in anti-dumping proceedings initiated by third countries.
