Career: Law Degree, University of Barcelona, 1988. Javier Valle is a partner in the Barcelona office of Uría Menéndez, where he heads the commercial law area. He joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 2002. From September 2003 to August 2007 he was head of the São Paulo office. Javier focuses his practice on energy, banking, financing and project finance.
