Practice Areas: Managing Partner of Clifford Chance Beijing and Shanghai offices, Stephen has over 20 years' experience in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and debt restructurings in the US, Europe and Asia. With over 11 years on-the-ground experience in mainland China, his expansive sectoral expertise spans from energy and infrastructure, financial services to consumer products. Recent experience includes advising China Development Bank on several cross-border project financings.
Career: Admitted to the New York Bar in 1987. Partner with Clifford Chance in Hong Kong since 1995, and in mainland China since 2001.
