Practice Areas: Partner in Heenan Blaikie's Toronto Litigation and Intellectual Property groups. Practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation and, in particular, patent litigation. Counsel in numerous patent infringement actions, impeachment actions, applications and appeals. Has appeared before all levels of the Federal and Ontario Courts, as well as in mediations and before regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. Also has significant experience preparing patent opinions and advising clients with respect to patent and regulatory issues.
