Acts for some of Canada’s largest energy and national resource companies on a wide variety of litigious matters. Also regularly acts as pension litigation counsel to many of Canada’s major corporations and pension funds. Has appeared before the courts of most provinces in Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.
