Practice Areas: Kent is the Head of the firm's Litigation Group in Toronto. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and practises complex, 'high stakes' litigation nationally and internationally involving a broad range of areas, including commercial disputes, securities cases and class actions. He has represented numerous parties in complex domestic and international arbitrations throughout Canada, the United States and in Europe.
