Practice Areas: Has a broad practice in complex commercial litigation with significant experience in insolvency and restructuring litigation. Significant mandates include representing OMERS on the Mississauga Judicial Inquiry and the recent completion of the trial in the high profile litigation between the former owners of Lakeport Brewing Corporation. Has acted as one of the lead counsel for the bondholders in the BCE case, described by many commentators as the most important commercial law case before the Supreme Court of Canada in the last 35 years.
