Practice Areas: Michael Barrack is one of Canada’s leading litigation counsel. While at TGF he has been retained in significant matters by clients including U. S. Steel, TransCanada, OMERS, TSX, Ontario Securities Commission, Hollinger Inc. and Canadian Pacific Railway. He has led dozens of cases from criminal jury trials to civil and constitutional appeals in the Supreme Court of Canada.
