Practice Areas: Michael is one of Canada’s leading medical malpractice lawyers, regularly representing physicians in the courts at various levels, as well as before administrative tribunals. He has also built a substantial reputation in commercial litigation, professional liability and complex employment cases where he acts as counsel to both employees and employers. A dynamic speaker, Michael is frequently invited to lecture on legal subjects within his wide scope of expertise. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and sits on the Board of Trustees of the University of Toronto’s Trinity College.
