Practice Areas: Head of Torys' Project Finance Practice Group and Chair of the Finance Committee. Practice focuses on project finance, project development and secured lending. He has represented several of the world’s most prominent companies and financial institutions in a variety of projects in Canada and internationally. This includes Mitsubishi Corporation (Tokyo), GDF Suez, Ontario Power Generation, Mitsui, Manulife, BTMU, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia, CIBC, RBC and many others. Recognised internationally as a leading practitioner in banking and finance. Served as the Director of Project Development for Westcoast Energy International in Latin America in the 1990s.
