Practice Areas: Practice focuses on regulatory/administrative matters in the energy sector. Extensive experience in electricity matters, as well as oil & natural gas, including rate applications, toll design, facilities applications, cost of capital and related matters. Appears frequently before the Alberta Utilities Commission and the National Energy Board, and has appeared before the BCUC, OEB and Manitoba PUB. Has appeared at all levels of the Alberta courts, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in arbitrations and energy related contract disputes.

Professional Memberships: Canadian Energy Law Foundation; Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers; and Calgary Bar Association.
