Practice Areas: James is a member of V&E’s worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group and is based in Tokyo, Japan. He advises industry clients in the oil and gas sector on transactions in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the United States, Europe, and the F.S.U. James has particular experience advising on the structuring and development of large-scale oil and gas projects, LNG sales arrangements, and energy-related mergers and acquisitions.
