Practice Areas: Practice spans all aspects of debtor/ creditor relationships. Major Debtor and trustee representation over past 20 years. Major creditor representations include agent banks, bank groups, and creditor committee representations in connection with bankruptcy proceedings for major corporations. Served as lead Counsel for Borrowers and Trustees in some of the largest workouts and reorganisations in Texas for over 35 years.

Career: Admitted to Texas Bar, 1972. Came to firm as Partner, 1999.
