Practice Areas: Practice covers the full range of EU and UK competition work, including both mergers and contentious matters. Claire has been involved in a large number of high profile merger cases before the UK and EC competition authorities, as well as co-ordinating merger approvals worldwide. On the contentious side Claire has been involved in several cartel cases, including an appeal to the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg.
Career: Joined Slaughter and May in 1998; became Partner in May 2005.
