Career: Grace has substantial experience advising on M&A and equity capital markets transactions in Asia. Her recent transactions include advising China Unicom on its US$23bn merger with China Netcom, Hutchison Telecommunications International on the US$11.1bn sale of its Indian mobile business to Vodafone, and on the recent Hong Kong listings of Chow Tai Fook, MGM China and Swire Properties and the Singapore listing of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust. She received her Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, Australia, and is admitted to practise law in Hong Kong, Singapore, England & Wales and New York.
