Practice Areas: Gregory May's tax practice focuses on cross-border transactions, including structured finance, mergers and acquisitions and international joint ventures. He advises many financial institutions on derivatives and other complex financial transactions. Greg graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. Before entering private practice, he clerked for Justice Powell on the Supreme Court of the United States. He is President of the International Fiscal Association USA Branch.
