Practice Areas: Sabine is Freshfields' senior China counsel based in Munich. She advises on foreign direct investment and M&A projects in China and she combines over 25 years’ experience on China business matters with state-of-the-art know-how on legal and economic developments (she was the first lawyer to set up a presence for a continental European law firm in China, back in 1985). Sabine's strong commitment to Asia shows in her further focus on Mongolia as the firm's country partner and her activities relating to South Korea.
