Practice Areas: Counsel of the Intellectual Property Department of the Barcelona Office, specialising in multi-jurisdictional IP disputes involving patents, trademarks and unfair competition, as well as in mergers and acquisitions of companies in which IP is an important part of the deal. She regularly publishes articles on patent matters in specialised journals such as Patent World, “Comunicaciones en Propiedad Industrial y Derecho de la Competencia” (Communications in IP and Competition Law), and “Cuadernos de Derecho Farmacéutico” (Pharmaceutical Law Journal).
