Practice Areas: Johannes specialises in US federal securities law, with extensive experience in international debt and equity capital markets transactions. A graduate of Harvard and Georgetown universities, he joined Clifford Chance in Singapore in February 2006. He recently advised JPMorgan, DBS, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank as underwriters on the S$2.8 billion IPO of CapitaMalls Asia Limited, the largest IPO in Singapore since 1993.
