Profile
Practice Areas: Structured finance transactions, in particular project finance, asset finance and restructurings. Acts for financial institutions, lessors, lessees, borrowers and arrangers in domestic and cross-border asset finance transactions, including aircraft, rolling stock and satellites. Acts for lenders, sponsors and other transaction parties in domestic and international project financings, including infrastructure, energy and airports. Represents clients in infrastructure, energy and airport project financings, corporate finance restructurings as well as aircraft financings and aircraft operating leases.
