Practice Areas: Bartosz Kruzewski is a qualified Polish advocate. He heads the Warsaw Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice and co-heads the Restructuring Group. A member of the firm's International Commercial Arbitration Practice, Bartosz has an extensive practice covering both local and international arbitration, commercial litigation, white-collar and regulatory investigations, focusing on energy, post-privatisation, post-M&A, insolvency, real estate and construction disputes.
