Career: Martin joined Clifford Chance in 1999 after he completed his study of Law at Charles University and his study of Finance at the University of Economics in Prague. In 2004, Martin graduated from Harvard Law School (USA) and obtained his LLM degree in International Finance. Following his graduation he was seconded to the London office for twelve months and spent further six months in the Moscow office. Martin specialises in capital market transactions and financial market regulation as well as in insolvency matters.
