Career: Marcin Fijalkowski practices law in the field of intellectual property, IP enforcement and litigation since 2003. Before joining Baker & McKenzie, Marcin worked for a patent and trademark attorneys office. He represents clients before the Polish Patent Office, civil and administrative courts, OHIM and the Arbitration Court for Domain Names. Marcin also worked in the Zurich office of Baker&McKenzie coordinating various IP enforcement projects in Eastern and Central Europe. He holds both the title of trademark and patent attorney and legal counsel.
