Specialisation: Construction projects and dispute resolution. Focuses on both 'front-end' and 'back-end' projects. Extensive experience in contract drafting, contract administration and dispute resolution. Advises government and private companies in relation to appropriate procurement methodologies. Clients include Victorian Departments of Education, Infrastructure and Human Services, Commonwealth Department of Defence, Australian Rail Track Corporation, Queensland Department of Main Roads, Barwon Water and VicUrban. Also well known for his participation in the Murrin Murrin arbitration, one of Australia's largest construction arbitrations.
