Specialisation: Major infrastructure and engineering projects. Works with both the public and private sectors on major projects, with a particular focus on PPPs, complex engineering projects, alternative procurement models and transport projects. Experience includes advising on more than 20 closed or current PPPs in Australia, including taking lead roles in the Royal Children's Hospital PPP, Ararat Prison PPP, South Australian Schools PPP, South East Queensland Schools PPP, Victorian Desalination Project PPP, EastLink (then Australia's largest toll-road project) and the Victorian Government's A$5 billion refranchising of the Melbourne Metropolitan bus system.
