Practice Areas: Nick Clayson is a real estate partner. He specialises in all aspects of real estate including master development, sub-development, investment, corporate occupation and financing. Nick has worked on real estate projects throughout the region including in the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Jordan. A number of these projects involved participants who required Shariah compliance. He has also worked on a number of high-profile hospitality ventures acting for hotel owners, managers and funders throughout the GCC and North Africa.
