Representative merger clearances include Alcatel's merger with Lucent, GM's acquisition of Delphi, America Online's merger with Time Warner, Procter & Gamble's acquisition of Clairol, Texas Instruments' acquisition of National Semiconductor, and Goodrich's merger with UTC. He also represents clients inside and outside of China in antitrust and other complex litigation and arbitration matters, including patent, trade secret, and other technology and intellectual property disputes.
