Practice Areas: David has a diversified cross-border equity and debt capital markets practice, regularly acting for issuers, underwriters and depositaries with respect to offerings of equity and debt, tender offers and liability management. Mr Stewart also plays a key role in the firm’s public M&A practice. Mr Stewart focuses primarily on transactions with a Russia/CIS nexus.
