Practice Areas: Partner specialising in representing underwriters and issuers in a wide range of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, right issues, global depositary receipts and equity placings in London and international markets including the US. Also has extensive experience of emerging markets including Russia, the CIS and the Middle East. Co-head of the European Equity Capital Markets.
