Office Profile: The London office assists foreign clients with their businesses in Norway, as well as Norwegian and Scandinavian clients with their businesses in the UK and abroad. The office serves clients mainly within mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, cross-border commercial contracts, international finance, oil and gas and shipping, but functions as a connecting link between international clients in London and the Norwegian market also within awider range of practice areas through co-ordination with the main offices in Oslo and Bergen. The London office opened in 1984.
