Practice Areas: David is a corporate partner based in Hong Kong and our Global Head of Corporate. David has been involved in a significant number of prominent corporate transactions in Hong Kong. He regularly advises leading international and local investment banks and companies. These have included a wide variety of: listings/IPOs; public company takeover and merger transactions; rights issues and other secondary fundraisings; private company sales and purchases; joint ventures; private equity investments; bond issues, particularly of convertible or exchangeable bonds; and compliance issues under the Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Repurchases.
