Appears as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court and Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada and arbitral tribunals. Has also been counsel to various public inquiries and investigations. Acts for both investors and governments in investment arbitrations under the NAFTA and bilateral investment treaties.
