Career: She has extensive experience in debt capital markets law and advises global and domestic corporates and investment banks on all aspects of the regulatory environment applicable to debt capital markets. This includes issues (both on a ‘once off’ basis and under a programme) of debt instruments, hybrid debt instruments, exchange traded notes, structured notes, warrants and asset-backed securities and the listing of such instruments/notes on the JSE.
