Practice Areas: Gerard Uzzi is a partner in Milbank's New York office. He has extensive experience in representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings in the US. He also has experience in corporate bankruptcy matters and workouts on behalf of distressed companies and other parties in interest.
