Practice Areas: Telecoms and media finance, acquisition finance and restructuring. Michael recently advised on a number of financings in Africa including MTN Nigeria (awarded African Communications Deal of the Year at the 2012 Project Finance Deals of the Year awards), MTN Ghana and Etisalat Nigeria and separately on the acquisition and subsequent refinancing of the GTS Central Europe group.
Career: Michael joined the firm in 1983, qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and became a partner in 1994.
