Practice Areas: Focuses his practice serving leading manufacturing, telecommunications and energy companies throughout Latin America, particularly in Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Dominican Republic, the Dutch Caribbean, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia and Ecuador, in areas such as manufacturing and trading of industrial products, foreign investment (including nationalizations and expropriations), joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution. Has considerable experience advising private investors and State-owned companies on complex domestic and cross-border transactions in project development in the oil and gas industry (including major pipelines and LNG Projects), mining (coal) as well as general infrastructure projects, including ports and railroads.
