Practice Areas: Over the last 30 years, Mr Schwartz has acted on behalf of some of the world’s largest companies, public authorities and sovereign states in international arbitration proceedings in all of the principal European arbitration venues, as well as in Africa, Asia and the US. He has particular experience in relation to disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects, as well as in the oil and gas, telecommunications and information industries. In addition to his work as counsel, Mr Schwartz regularly sits as an arbitrator.
