Career: Peter is a leading employment law practitioner advising on complex domestic and global issues. On the contentious side he handles complex disputes both in the High Court (including injunctions) and the Employment Tribunal; and has considerable expertise in advising on employment issues arising out of investigations into suspected corruption and fraud. His non contentious matters involve strategic advisory work including employment structures and board reorganisations, together with advice on the employment aspects of major transactions, in particular involving trade unions.
