Practice Areas: John is former head of the firm’s trust and charities practice, now a Consultant at the firm. He is a founding member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, co-author of A Practitioner’s Guide to Contentious Trusts and Estates (Butterworth Tolley, 2002) and co-editor of International Succession (OUP, 2010). John is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Charity Law Association. He is honorary secretary and an executive committee member of the Trust Law Committee.
