Dispute Resolution:
Motieka & Audzevicˇius is regarded as the leading dispute resolution law firm in Lithuania, being strong in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution practices (arbitration,mediation, negotiation). The firm’s dispute resolution practice group is one of the biggest in Lithuania with a proven track record of landmark litigation cases. The Motieka & Audzevicˇius competition/antitrust team is among the leading practitioners in Lithuania and the Baltic region. The team has a first-class reputation for gaining merger clearance in highly concentrated markets. The firm’s lawyers are highly skilled in dealing with all competition and antitrust issues, such as merger control, dominance and abusive conduct, cartel regulation, private enforcement, litigation and EU regulatory advice, licensing strategies and agreements, strategic alliances and joint ventures, regulatory and internal investigations, and other antitrust investigations.
