Bruce is an M&A expert with significant experience across a wide range of disciplines and particularly in the private equity, financial services, energy and the telecoms fields. He operates across any number of jurisdictions, having played a key role in deals in the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. He has worked on: the world’s largest M&A deal (involving Royal Dutch Shell); the first “US”/UK dual listed company merger (P&O Princess/Carnival); and the first public takeover in the UAE (MTN/Investcom).
