Practice Areas: Adrian is the Managing Partner of Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA. His legal experience focuses on (i) acting on behalf of domestic and international banks and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral credit transactions, secured and unsecured, (ii) acting for international and domestic buyers and sellers of business assets, and (iii) mergers and acquisitions. He has also extensive experience in private equity, project finance and asset finance.
