Dispute Resolution: Arbitration Counsel (Band 4)Profile
Practice Areas: Dr Happ advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings. The focus of his work is on disputes arising out of international sales, hydrocarbon ventures, commercial production agreements, power plant construction and foreign investments. He frequently also sits as arbitrator.
Career: After law studies in Kiel and Surrey (UK), Dr Happ was admitted to the Bar in 2001 and joined Luther the same year. He is Co-Head of the firms’ Arbitration Practice.
