Career: Bruce heads the City based arm of Bedell's Jersey law practice. He has extensive experience advising on a range of investment funds, corporate, banking and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Bedell Bruce spent five years with another Jersey law firm. Before focussing on Jersey law, Bruce spent five years with Dundas & Wilson specialising in corporate and banking transactions and two years at Standard Life where he worked on corporate matters relating to Standard Life's international businesses and on the company's demutualisation.
