Practice Areas: Jonathan's practice covers a wide range of project and infrastructure financings in a range of BOT/ PFI Public - Private - Partnerships. He regularly advises project companies and financial institutions and has been involved in many of the most significant project and infrastructure financings in Israel. In the energy sector, Jonathan's experience includes representation of the developer of a 800 MW gas powered power plant, representation of a wind farm developer and representation of lenders on the financing of various renewable energy projects, including solar energy and hydro electric projects. Other recent transactions include the representation of IDE & Hutchison in the development of a 150 cubic meter seawater desalination project, representation of the lenders in the finance of a seawater desalination project, representation of lenders on the first highway upgrade and maintenance concession in Israel and representation of a sponsor in the acquisition of 50% of a Highway Concession.

Career: Prior to heading the Projects & Energy team at Tadmor & Co. Jonathan was a project finance attorney at Chadbourne & Parke LLP (New York) and a Partner at Yehuda Raveh & Co.
