Practice Areas: Karen is a Senior Associate in the construction and engineering group practising in all areas of construction law, advising clients on a wide range of issues arising under construction, engineering and consultancy contracts. Karen has developed particular expertise in dispute avoidance and dispute resolution with extensive experience of litigation, arbitration (domestic and international) and other alternative means of dispute resolution.
Career: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2005, also admitted in England and Wales; fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and practising arbitrator; member of the Adjudication Society and the National Association of Women in Construction.
